HEXED CLAY CO - DIGITAL PRODUCTS TERMS OF SERVICE:
Effective Date: December 1, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any digital products, downloads, guides, videos, templates, or related materials (collectively, the “Products”) provided by Hexed Clay Co (“Company,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). By purchasing or accessing any Product, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase or access the Products.
1. Intellectual Property & License of Use
All Products are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Limited License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.
You MAY:
- Download and view the Product for your own artistic learning.
- Apply the techniques in your own creative work and physical items you produce.
You MAY NOT:
- Share, post, gift, upload, resell, or distribute any Product or portion of a Product.
- Use the content to create competing digital classes, guides, printables, recipes, or tutorials.
- Claim the content, methods, images, text, or color recipes as your own.
- Replicate the Product’s structure, format, or approach to create competitive offerings.
Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights
Hexed Clay Co actively protects its intellectual property. If infringement is discovered, the Company may, without refund:
- Revoke access
- Issue DMCA takedowns
- Pursue financial compensation
2. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Payment Processing handled via StanStore.
No Chargebacks. By purchasing, you agree not to file a chargeback for any reason covered by these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated, I will take immediate action to dispute it, by providing all proof of delivery, access logs, documentation from StanStore and any and all correspondence, to the payment processor. Access to digital files, updates, and future purchases will be paused during the investigation. If the chargeback is reversed, access will be reinstated.
No Refunds — ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the digital nature of our Products and instant access to our Services, we do not offer refunds after purchase. All sales of the Product and/or Services are final. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please share your concerns with us via email hexedclayco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make things right. 3. Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless
Educational purposes only. No warranties. Not liable for damages, injuries, tool misuse, or third-party product defects.
You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for how you choose to use, implement, or rely on any information, guidance, templates, materials or the like provided through our Site, Content, Products, and/or Services. The Company makes no guarantees regarding your results, compliance status, or the legal or financial outcomes of your decisions.
You acknowledge and accept that the Company is not responsible or liable for any harm or damages to you, your business, life, physical and mental health, financial, or otherwise caused by or resulting from your use of our Site, Content, Product and/or Services, including any actions you choose to make, or not make, as a result of using our Site, Content, Products and/or Services.
Accordingly, you expressly agree to hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses (direct or indirect) arising from your use of our Site, Content, Products, and/or Services.
4. Professional Disclaimer
All Products are based on my personal experience with polymer clay, resin, tools, social media experience, market research, business owning experience and creative business, and are provided for educational and informational purposes only. I am not a lawyer, accountant, chemist, engineer, or healthcare professional, and nothing in the Products should be interpreted as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and applying the information in a manner appropriate to your own circumstances and while following all safety information on any third party products or craft products used while implementing this information.
5. Affiliate Disclosure & Third-Party Links
May include Amazon affiliate links. Amazon and other recommendations are personal suggestions, and not paid partnerships, unless noted. The Company is not responsible for any third-party or third party product issues.
6. Access to Digital Products
Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital Product(s) through Stan Store’s delivery system. Access may be delivered through an on-screen link, email link, or a login-based resource page (if applicable).
6.1 Your Responsibility to Download and Store Files
Digital Products must be downloaded and saved promptly.
Hexed Clay Co does not guarantee ongoing or indefinite access to download links, as availability may be affected by platform changes, account limitations, or technical issues.
You are solely responsible for:
downloading your Product(s) immediately after purchase, backing up files to your own device or cloud storage, ensuring you have compatible software to open the file formats provided.
6.2 Lost, Deleted, or Expired Files
If you misplace or delete your files, or if your access link expires, Hexed Clay Co is not obligated to resend or restore access. Replacements may be offered at my discretion but are not guaranteed.
6.3 Product Updates
Your purchase provides access to the version of the Product available at the time of purchase.
Future updates or enhancements are not automatically included unless explicitly stated.
6.4 Technical Delivery Issues
If you experience an issue receiving your Product due to a broken or missing link, you must contact hexedclayco@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. I will ensure you receive the Product you purchased.
Hexed Clay Co is not responsible for: device incompatibility, insufficient storage space, slow or unstable internet connections, user download errors, failure to download files before access expires.
7. Termination of Access
Hexed Clay Co may revoke or restrict access to any Product without refund if you violate these Terms.
7.1 Intellectual Property Violations
Access may be terminated immediately if you: share, distribute, upload, or resell the Product or any portion of it, recreate or reverse-engineer the Product to create competing materials, claim the content as your own, provide the Product to others in any form.
7.2 Fraud or Payment Disputes
Access will be revoked for: fraudulent purchases or unauthorized payment methods, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, attempting to bypass payment or misuse platform systems.
7.3 Misuse or Harmful Conduct
Access may also be revoked for: harassment, abusive communication, or harmful behavior, attempting to breach website security or disrupt services, misuse of communication channels or platforms associated with Hexed Clay Co.
7.4 Consequences of Termination
If access is terminated: no refund will be issued, your license to use the Product ends immediately, you must delete all copies of the Product, legal action may be pursued for damages or infringement.
7.5 Future Purchases
Hexed Clay Co reserves the right to refuse future purchases, block accounts or email addresses, and deny further access in cases of prior violations.
8. Modifications to These Terms
Hexed Clay Co may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or platform functionality. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon posting with your Product listing or on the applicable Terms page. By continuing to access or use any Product after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must discontinue use of the Products.

No sale of personal data. Third-party links may appear, including Amazon; their policies apply.
